Please allow a minimum of one and a maximum of forty-eight business hours to process requests for
Tower Hobbies Gift Certificates and Gift Cards. All attempts will be made to rapidly process these,
but due to outside influences, mainly credit card confirmation and authorization, some delays may
occur. The following are considered business hours for the processing of gift certificates and gift
cards: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm U.S. central time.
Please note that we are unable to resolve problems with your credit card processor for you. If we
cancel your order due to credit limit or other problems, it is your responsibility to work out the
problem with the card issuer and place your order once again, after the problems are resolved.
